- Admission to all the undergraduate courses is on merit in APGSU Aptitude test conducted through Online/ Offline mode.
- In few courses, merit in qualifying examination is the criteria for admissions but submission of Offline/ Online application is necessary.
- Offline test will be facilitated through designated centers only. Applications are invited through Online/ Offline mode only.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Online registration on the website portal.
Step 2: An automated verification link will be sent to registered email id.
Step 3: On clicking the link, account will be activated and the candidate will be redirected to online payment portal.
Step 4: After successful payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable) the application process will be complete.
Step 5: Students will be informed about the APGSU Aptitude test within 5 days of successful online registration.
Step 6: A merit will be generated on basis of online test, after which the student will have to pay full registration amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) if the student wishes to confirm the admission.
OFFLINE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Step 1: Download the application form from the website www.agu.edu.in or procure from University.
Step 2: Send the filled application form along with DD of Rs. 1000/- (Non-Refundable) to the University address: Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University, Mehli- Shogi Bypass Road, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Step 3: After successfully receiving the filled application form, the forms will be scrutinized.
Step 4: Students will be intimated about the date of Offline test.
Step 5: After the result of the test, on basis of merit list, student will have to pay full registration amount of Rs.10,000/-(Non-Refundable) if the student wishes to confirm the admission.
For last step student visits the University, the student will be counseled and will have to pay full fees.
